Join our team as a Accounting Administrator (m/f/d)

We’re currently looking for an organized and reliable person to support us in Accounting Administration.

Your qualification Skills

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification (a degree is not required)
  • Experience in accounting and/or payroll, ideally in a small or medium-sized company
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of DATEV is a plus
  • Structured, independent, and reliable work approach
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a creative environment

Your tasks Responsibilities

  • Invoice Management: Processing and managing incoming and outgoing invoices as well as handling credit card statements.
  • Payroll Accounting: Preparing payroll data and transferring relevant information to the tax office.
  • HR Administration: Supporting management with contract matters, managing and documenting sick leave.
  • Financial Management: Monitoring fixed costs, managing bank accounts, uploading to DATEV, and providing regular reports.
  • Travel Expense Management: Processing and settling travel expenses in collaboration with the team.
  • Liaison with the Tax Office: Transmitting all necessary information and data for payroll and financial accounting to our tax office.
